Cockhaven Manor is a hidden gem tucked away in a quiet village with views of the Teign estuary, minutes from Teignmouth and Newton Abbot.
You are assured of a warm welcome from the resident owners, Roy and Mandy Extance, as well as roaring log fires, for that winter break.

There are four-poster rooms for the romantically inclined, family suites or twin and double rooms, all with en-suite bath and/or shower and every modern amenity from hair dryer to free wi fi.

Food and drink are the priority with Head chef, David Baldwin, sourcing as many ingredients as possible from local farms. The village has a vineyard, well worth a visit, and a brewery so local food and drink are always on the menu. Bar snacks to full a la carte.
