Lockwood House is a family run Bed & Breakfast set within 2 Acres of garden and orchard with lots of space to relax in the rural countryside of Dawlish, Devon.

Should you prefer a self-catering holiday we also have a holiday bungalow with 3 bedrooms, which is detached (75 yards) from the main house, recently refurbished and equipped in 2007. It is single storey with easy access and ample room for parking.

Lounge with comfortable 3 piece suite, (plus sofa bed). Separate kitchen/diner (with French doors to patio). Nice Shower room and wash basin, WC.

Double bedroom, second bedroom with double bed and third bedroom with bunk beds.
