Shaldon, in South Devon is a lovely old village and St. Christopher, over two hundred years old, was originally occupied by boat builders. Nowadays the only sign of this activity is the Shipwright's Arms public house, close by but which is currently closed.

This homely, cosy cottage is full of character. It sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms, has central heating and bed linen is provided. The ground floor is open plan with a comfortable lounge with fireplace and log effect electric fire, dining area and well equipped kitchen. There is also a useful utility room for drying/airing beach wear etc. Upstairs the main bedroom has a double bed and there are twin beds in the small second bedroom. There is a separate toilet and wash basin. Downstairs there is a full size shower room with electric shower and wash hand basin. Gas and electricity are included in the price.

To the front of the property is a pleasant patio area with table and chairs and parking is available close by. Out of season short term breaks are available
